Questions
Should paint be a separate line?
Usually yes, especially if you charge the customer at cost plus a markup. Flat per-room prices can include materials, but say so.
When should I invoice a painting job?
Many painters take a deposit before starting and invoice the balance when the job is finished and the customer has walked through it.
