Use for real transactions

Use BillingReceipts to document transactions that actually took place. You may not use it to create false or misleading invoices, receipts, or payment records, or to impersonate another business or person.

No advice

Templates and guides are general information. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Requirements differ by place and industry.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. You are responsible for checking that every document you create is accurate and meets the rules that apply to you.

Pro subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Pro is a paid subscription that renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in advance at the start of each billing period.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by law. Documents you saved stay in your account, and limits for free accounts apply if your plan ends.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give notice before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
