Free pressure washing invoice template

Pressure washing is often priced by area or by job. An invoice that names the surfaces cleaned lets customers see what was done and compare it to the quote.

    What to include

    • Customer name and service address
    • Surfaces cleaned, such as driveway, patio or siding
    • Area in square feet or a flat price per surface
    • Add-ons like sealing or soft washing
    • Travel fee if applicable
    • Payment terms

    Tips

    • Put square footage on the invoice if you priced by area.
    • Note any damage seen before you started.
    • Offer a discount for recurring service and show it as a line.

    Questions

Per square foot or per job?

Both are common. Per square foot is fair for large areas. A flat price is simpler for small, clear jobs. State which you used on the invoice.

    Should I list chemicals?

Only if you charge for them. If they are included in the price, you can leave them off.
