Free roofing invoice template

A roofing invoice usually covers materials, labor, tear-off and disposal. Because jobs are large, deposits and progress payments are common and should be shown clearly.

    Questions

How do I show a deposit on a roofing invoice?

Add the deposit as a negative line or mention it in the notes with the date received, so the balance due is clear.

Can I bill for material price changes?

Only if your contract allows it. Note the change and the reason on the invoice so there are no surprises.
